JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT / ACCOUNTANT at a fashion company

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our accounting team—someone who will take responsibility for tasks related to company bookkeeping in a young, dynamic environment with extensive experience in the luxury fashion industry. The role offers direct communication with management and collaboration across multiple departments within the company.

This position provides the opportunity to develop accounting skills and knowledge in all key areas and gain comprehensive hands-on experience.

The role involves daily use of MS Office tools and Helios software (one of the most widely used accounting systems in the Czech Republic and Slovakia), as well as regular communication in both Czech and English—an excellent opportunity to improve both general and technical language skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Full-scope accounting (inventory records, bank statements, incoming and outgoing invoices, petty cash, invoice payments, travel expense processing, etc.)

• Support for individual retail stores (fashion retail)

• Cooperation with other company departments

• Communication with business partners

• Assistance in preparing financial statements and VAT reports

• Preparation of statistical reports

• Management reporting

Requirements

• Minimum of a secondary education in economics or a related field

• Knowledge of double-entry accounting (required)

• Proficiency in MS Office

• Communicative level of English (required)

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Flexibility

• Reliability and attention to detail
